O’Keefe said critics have to go back nine years to find a questionable video edit, but nearly every reporter includes it to discredit Project Veritas investigations.

“I never was a convicted felon. I never tried to break into a senator’s office or wiretap her phones,” said O’Keefe “It is frustrating that our lawyers have had to secure hundreds of retractions from media outlets, who out of laziness or malice repeat the same lies and mischaracterizations about me and Project Veritas.
