In an explosive third installment of a Project Veritas undercover interview, David Hogg, Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), unleashed a scathing critique of the Democratic Party’s leadership, accusing it of being a failing “gerontocracy” obsessed with “attention and reputation.” Hogg revealed that attempts to oust him from DNC leadership are retaliation for confronting the party’s entrenched, aging elite.
“What we’re trying to do is light a fire under some Democrats’ asses to say, ‘get your shit together or get the fuck out of the way,’” Hogg told a Project Veritas journalist.
He described a party culture “brainwashed” into believing that raising more money will solve its problems, despite repeated electoral failures, including in 2024.
“They want to win, but they want to do it with the same team of players that has caused them to continue to lose over and over again,” he said.
Hogg’s outspoken criticism of the party’s older members, whom he accused of clinging to power because “they feel like their lives are over,” has sparked significant backlash. He disclosed that DNC leaders threatened him during a heated call with party officers, with one officer accusing him of lying about procedural issues surrounding his election as Vice Chair. “I was like, is that a threat?” Hogg recounted.
The DNC is now attempting to redo the election, a move Hogg claims is designed to target him specifically.
“This is all for daring to say that maybe we shouldn’t have a gerontacracy – a government run by old people,” Hogg stated, emphasizing his push to bring in “a couple dozen young people” with shared values to replace entrenched leaders.
Hogg’s blistering remarks, the third in Project Veritas’ undercover series exposing DNC corruption, build on parts one and two, where he exposed Pelosi’s questionable stock trades and revealed Anthony Bernal, Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff, as the true power behind the Biden White House.
