Is the state of New York unfairly targeting and auditing Project Veritas?

Project Veritas has and will continue to comply with all State and Federal laws involving non-profit business requirements as well as the New York Department of Labor. As requested by the NY Board of Labor, documentation was prepared for review but officials never showed up on the scheduled date and time. Project Veritas has previously been audited and found to be 100% compliant with the law.

Does Governor Cuomo’s recent statements concerning those people and businesses not of his political view speak to the reason for this audit? Given that Project Veritas’ investigations most recently have exposed liberal programs such as Obamacare, Obamaphones, and Green Jobs Green New York is it fair to say we are politically targeted?

Does New York want Conservative’s to move their businesses out of state? Well, as a result, Project Veritas is currently searching for new office space and will be relocating to New Jersey.

We know New Jersey needs jobs; luckily NY State can afford to lose businesses and jobs.  Maybe we should ask some of the citizens in Albany or Buffalo how their local economies are doing?
