Twitter blue checkmark Stefanie Williams attacked James O'Keefe and Project Veritas after the 2020 USPS whistleblower stories, claiming that O'Keefe was a felon that ran a sham operation. After Project Veritas' legal counsel reached out to her demanding a retraction, Williams went on a Twitter rampage, correcting herself several times in a massive thread about O'Keefe never being convicted of any felony. She also deleted her original tweets with the defamatory claims.
