“The Constitution is an oppressive document” -Carol Lasser, Professor of History-Oberlin College
Assistant Director of Equal Opportunity at Vassar College Caught on Hidden Camera Shredding Constitution
Award-winning journalist and New York Times’ best-selling author James O’Keefe released a troubling and powerful video showing officials at Vassar and Oberlin colleges pledging to shred the constitution and actually capturing officials at Vassar going through with it.
In this video, a Project Veritas journalist goes to Vassar and Oberlin colleges to see just how extreme America’s colleges have become. Shockingly, she got commitments from leadership at each to to shred the Constitution, and in the case of Vassar, Project Veritas’ undercover cameras actually captured the official shredding the U.S. Constitution.
In O’Keefe’s video, Kelly Grab, Assistant Director of Equal Opportunity, Vassar College was captured on video saying: “Yes, I think we have a shredder in the front office there. Did you want to do it with me?” As you can see in the video, incredulously, Ms. Grab proceeds to shred the U.S. Constitution.
According to Colleen Cohen, Faculty Director of Affirmative Action and Professor of Anthropology and Women’s Studies, Oberlin College was caught on hidden camera telling a Project Veritas investigative journalist that: “It’s horrible that this is something that has caused you such pain. And unless the people are from off campus we can’t keep them from disseminating it. Can I destroy this?… I’ll put it through a shredder. Yeah I’ll put it in a shredder. I have to wait until my secretary comes back to be able to use the shredder. So I can put it here and shred it when I get back.”
“Political correctness has clearly run amok on college campuses across the nation,” says Project Veritas President James O’Keefe. “Things have simply gone too far, and if we don’t wake up soon we may be too late. Going as far as to actually shred the U.S. constitution is a slap in the face to the nation, her laws, and the very fabric of our democracy. I believe America is better than that and will keep fighting until we have eradicated this extreme and offensive political correctness.”
