Project Veritas released undercover video footage of Maryland Deputy Attorney General Thiruvendran Vignarajah, who likely violated professional ethics and clearly disclosed confidential information in order to impress a twenty-one year old female videographer.

In Part II of this series, Vignarajah sent multiple sexually explicit texts to the female videographer. Later, he had her delete them to destroy the evidence. Unknown to Vignarajah, the text messages had been saved by Project Veritas and some are exposed in the undercover video.

He is also shown wearing a wedding ring in public, but not wearing it in a bar and later in a hotel room.

In response to the fist video, a spokesman for Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh told the AP that there was “no confidence [for Vignarajah] to break.” He told The Daily Caller that “In general, Mr. Frosh is not concerned about private views shared by employees in private conversations.”

“In light of how sexually explicit the text messages from a married government official were and the fact that he tried to have the evidence permanently deleted, we’d like to know if Attorney General Frosh still feels the same way,” said Project Veritas president and founder James O’Keefe.
